FUCHEM 854 is a low viscosity unprompted epoxy vinyl ester.

Uses:
- Excellent corrosion resistance
- Improved elongation rate, flexibility & impact strength
- Good filler wetting-out ability and process-ability
- Anti-corrosive resin-rich layer in FRP products,
- Suitable for FRP tanks, pipes, ducts, nonstandard facilities,
- Filled linings for steel-made tanks&concrete, tiles and resin sand filled mortar.
Recommended technology:
- Widely suitable for FW, pultrusion, centrifugal casting spay-up, hand lay-up, RTM and so on,
- Suitable for anti-corrosion application.

Handling:
FUCHEM 854 resin contains ingredients which could be harmful if mishandled. Contact with skin and eyes should be avoided, and necessary protective equipment & clothing should be worn.

Our material safety data sheets should be read and understood by all of your supervisory personnel and employees before using FUCHEM’s products in your facilities.
Recommended storage:
Drums-store at temperature below 25℃. Storage life decrease with increasing storage temperature. Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture pickup and monomer loss. Rotate stock.
Bulk-store in stainless steel tanks or tanks with epoxy or phenolic coating. Observe precautions against heat and moisture(see above). An oxygen or dry sparge maybe desirable to keep inhibitors activated.
Shelf life:
This product has a limited shelf life. When stored in accordance with above conditions. This product has an average shelf life of 6 months.
