Features
The glass layers in heavy duty paint formed many cover layers as fish scales, layers upon layers of steel as amour which formed strong protection coating, effectively. Heavy duty coating has following characteristics:
- Anti-Corrosion: Vinyl Ester has extremely acid resistance.
- Acid and alkali resistance : The main component is anti-corrosion resin.
- Abrasion resistance: The glass fiber in heavy duty paint is specialized component to prevent abrasion.
- Good waterproofing: glass fiber is arranged horizontally and interwoven with resin, tight layers. This prolongs penetration of chemicals or alkaline, Acid.
- Anti-Rust feature: Primer paint has anti-rust feature.
Area of application
- Coastal engineering equipment and structures.

Storage
The storage life in drums at room temperatures is three months. Storage life decreases with increasing temperature. Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep containers sealed to prevent monomer loss and moisture pick-up.
