  • Rust Metabolites convert existing rust layer to protective layer, after using, rust surface disappears and turns into a hard Polymer protective coating in black, durability and gloss. Protective layers adhere closely to metal surface to prevent rust again. If coating on the metal surface which is not rusted, it also can prevent rust very well.

Uses

  1. In the painting before the application of clean cloth or clean with compressed air and the surface of the residual material confirmed by processing the workpiece has been dry, so as not to affect the coating quality.
  2. Wipe the workpiece to force a uniform, the best way is “push-pull”, is not “around in style”.
  3. Piece dry before wiping with a dry cloth to dust.
  4. The workpiece after removing from the phosphate solution, the passivation process is still ongoing, therefore, not washing, rain, should be in ventilated place to dry in order to maintain the phosphate layer. In the wet season can use the fan speed up dry.
  5. Brush treatment is best handle more than twice as good. Check after brushing, wiping, standard phosphate layer should not have blur, stream linkded back to rust and so on.
